Jay and Mattie of Portsmouth, Virginia were married in the Bayside Wedding Chapel. They were surrounded by close friends and family.

After their wedding ceremony, the group enjoyed a reception at a local restaurant. The newlyweds spent the weekend at the Virginia Beach Resort Hotel.
